• Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice

• No-shows or late cancellations: May not be eligible for a refund

• Dissatisfaction: If you are genuinely unhappy with your session, please contact Angela directly at [info@on-the-cards.com] and we will do our best to resolve it fairly

 

Products (if applicable)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
